It took a little while, but I entered each tweet into the Webpage Archive, so from this one tweet, you should be able to navigate your way to the others.
Going to this site
gettwitterid.com
and entering Jose's current username (@GlennKek2020) I find myself on this page ...
gettwitterid.com/?user_name=Gle…
where one can read off his Twitter ID number: 1076901580752867328
This is useful, because even if he changes his username, his ID will stay the same.

I add Santiago's userid to the end of
twitter.com/intent/user?us…
getting this
twitter.com/intent/user?us…
which links right to Santiago's profile.
The only way he can avoid being found on this site, now, is to create a new account.
Oh, and if anybody (like Jose) was thinking of trumping up a charge, I should point out that I'm archive this, too.

so if somebody wants to pretend that this was doxxing (which it obviously was not) and manages to get one of Twitter's less ethical employees to go along with this, Twitter is going to look really bad.
Was this a lot to do? Perhaps, but I have seen other users play such games, before, and I've seen Twitter help them do so. Repeatedly.
That being the case, I'll do what I need to do, err on the side of caution, and suggest that others do likewise.
