How to protect your eyes

1. Don't use phones/computers in the dark , if you must, use a blue filter, download one if you have to

2. Stop smoking

3. Eat a balanced diet, Vit E, C, A

4. Use sunglasses that block UV rays from your eyes

5. Control BP and blood sugar

I know they told you that reading in dim lights will damage your eyesight

This is NOT true
However, reading in dim light will tire your eyes out, and can lead to eye strain

It is good to have adequate light shine on the page you are reading,

Stay sharp,
Carrots ARE NOT THE BEST FOODS FOR YOUR EYES!!!
