This is a graph of the net spend for each of the top-6 clubs in the Premier League up to and including the most recent deals of all six clubs.
As you can see, the net spend of Manchester City is almost as much as Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal and Spurs combined since the arrival

Of course, English sides also compete in European competitions and therefore we should see how much is spent comparatively to the top sides spenders in Italy, Spain, Germany and France also.
