In this segment, Bill Hemmer plays a clip of Stephen Miller saying "these four congresswomen detest America as it exists" and asks Byron York to comment on it. That's the refutation.
Chris Wallace pushed back on Miller during that interview. As we typically seen in these cases, he was praised for that by journalists at other outlets, while his own concealed that fact in favor of just presenting the administration's talking points.

There is literally photographic evidence of the president holding a page of talking points while discussing the House members.
Again, he is attacking the press for "fake news" and lying and "large scale false reporting" and there's literally a photo.
(For the curious, Fox & Friends did not mention the Post story or Trump's racist tweets more broadly today, this is unrelated to Fox live-tweeting.)

To be certain, I don't think Trump is some kind of magical political genius. On the contrary, I think it's simple: He's a Fox News-loving racist assumes that what he likes is what voters will like. I am not arguing that it's a slam dunk, just that we have to see it as a strategy.

mediamatters.org/video/2019/03/… What’s endlessly fascinating about this kind of fascist hysterics from Laura Ingraham is that she and her aging audience are already living the lives they claim to fear. Two examples from just this short clip.
Destruction of the traditional family? The divorce rate for the Fox News audience, which is primarily Boomers, is far higher than it is for younger people. And Ingraham herself is a never-married woman who is raising 3 adopted children.
“Transhumanist” is a word that scares Ingraham’s audience because it’s unfamiliar, but they’re the ones who are most likely living in bodies that are taking us to that transhumanist future. The Boomer set is far more likely to have Pacemakers or other robotic medical devices.

She fear mongers about the Fox News audience’s white grandchildren going to school with kids "who speak a foreign language”. Well, a huge percentage of kids in my school spoke Spanish. In some cases, they didn’t speak English when they started school.
What was the main result of this bilingualism in my community? Well, the Spanish speaking kids had a major advantage in Spanish class. That was irritating.

Outside of that, nothing.
