To be clear, professors should have the freedom to write their own exam questions and present them to students for analysis. Similarly, students can share those for comment. We spent a good deal of the semester in discussions around rape generally and consent in particular

Accordingly, it was no surprise to find this on our final exam. Quite common for criminal law courses to focus on rape as well as violent crime in general. Very rare though to discuss corporate and white collar criminality.
