@iamnarendranath @rahulroushan Every Local News Paper, Web Portal & YouTube report says that it was the owner of the dog who got p!ssed off with the Cow owner keeping cow near his gate (a common thing in Patna). Yet u gave it a communal colour. I spent 30mins & didn't find any reference of Religion.
