The PIRA murder of Joanne Mathers in 1981, is occasionally mentioned, but I think it is worthwhile for people to understand the nature of the attack, on a defenceless young woman, collecting census forms. I will attach a copy of an excerpt.....

As you can see, the PIRA terrorist shot Joanne in the neck at point blank range. Joanne managed to run into the hallway of the house & the homeowner slammed the door shut to try & protect her, but the terrorist smashed his way through the glass panelled door, in order to lift..

It was bad enough that the terrorist shot a defenceless woman, but the additional actions, breaking through the door to lift census forms, I think reveal the hate & fanaticism that exists within terrorist groups.
