There are some bombshells in here, just notifying us of evidence & inquiries! @SidneyPowell1 is not being polite! Accusing the prosecutors of being unwilling or unable to recognize Brady material unless it’s far worse than that.

How could anyone know that definitively, unless there is some major exculpatory evidence such as @GenFlynn's participation in US clandestine efforts against Russia? This may refer to the 1/30/17 internal DOJ memo clearing Flynn of being a Russian asset.

@GenFlynn I still believe that Sally Yates was the fulcrum of the coup plot, her response to the Flynn interview & her leaks likely lead to her dismissal on 1/30/17. The same day DOJ cleared General Flynn of being a Russian agent.
@GenFlynn Recall that someone at FBI blew the whistle on this event hosted by Mr. McCabe! Someone who started a leak investigation to find out who leaked these quotes. But if they weren't said they couldn't be a leak!
Many people misinterpreted this as an investigation of McCabe for leaking about Flynn. It was in fact an investigation into who leaked McCabe's statements, statements that should have required his recusal from Flynn & Trump!

Sidney also wants DOJ held information identifying reporters paid by Fusion GPS or Penn Quarter Group (Feinstein staffer Dan Jones) to print Russia Collusion stories. I bet the DOJ claims they are GJ material from an open investigation, but hands them over!

I find this interesting, Comey wasn't in the meetings where they decided to conceal from Flynn that he was a target to keep him relaxed. But he did get a briefing after it was over.
I sense a few targets of investigations that were not in Mueller's purview!

The judge has ordered the production of all original documents requested.
DOJ will have 2 weeks to deliver their arguement against this prior to a hearing in October. The judge is also ordering them to justify why he should not hold them in contempt for not producing before now!

In addition the government is being ordered to preserve all documents mentioning Flynn, all communications, phones & computers of the members of the Mueller investigation that may have communicated with Strzok & Page!
Correction on this, the judge's signature is not on this. So this is the Defenses' proposed court order for Sullivan to sign. The actual order will come out of the hearing scheduled in early October.
