In the past month, one child from the original class was reunified w/ a parent (father was granted asylum) and two were released from US care (likely to sponsors)
To date, 2,787 of the 2,814 children of original potential class members (that is, families separated as of the judge's June 2018 injunction) have been reunified with a parent or otherwise released from US custody
The govt is still producing to the ACLU on a rolling basis info about the number of children separated from parents at the border *after* the June 2018 injunction (the fight over whether the govt appropriately separated those families is ongoing). The tally is up to 986 children
