Posters are really popular around Hong Kong, especially on the Lennon Walls and "Lennon-floors",, but STICKERS are also popular.

This will be my thread for protest related stickers I see.

#HKProtestArt #HongKongProtests #StandwithHongKong
Stickers related to #5DemandsNot1Less.
An abundance of stickers on these poles and walls.
Pepe is such an icon for the #HongKongProtests. Here are a few stickers I've seen depicting Pepe.
"Gwong fuk heung gong, si doi gaak ming!" is a popular protest slogan, here are some stickers I have seen with this slogan. The variation is evidence that different designers are inspired by this particular slogan. Will probably post a second batch later. #HongKongProtests
A few anti-police brutality stickers I have seen.
A number of anti #Chinazi stickers, a theme that has emerged in recent weeks (particularly around the 1.10 China National Day).
More Pepe stickers. Do you think the two #PepeWay stickers were done by the same artist? I want to say no.. looks like they are two different styles, but same idea! ❤️
Even though we are up to 6 Demands, they have not yet reached the stickers. Here are some "older" #5DemandsNot1Less stickers. The sticker with the 2 "characters" is a mash up of all the characters in each phrase, turned into one character.
More anti-police, anti-violence and police brutality related stickers. Unfortunately we'll probably be seeing more of them in the future. The last sticker features artwork by @ResistGirlDiary.
There are also many stickers with the "Hongkongers Unite" spirit. I like these stickers a lot more. Just walking past one makes me happy.
Mascots are popular in protest art. The popular ones are Pepe and LIHKG Dog and Pig, but I also managed to find a number of different animals dressed as protesters stickers, complete with umbrella and other equipment. Mascots are a stand in for protesters, as they can be
"Liberate Hong Kong, Revolution of our Times" is one of the most popular slogans on Hong Kong protest stickers. It was the campaign slogan of Edward Leung, a local Hong Kong activist.
The #5DemandsNot1Less slogan is also common to see on stickers, but not as common as "Gwong fuk heung gong, si doi gaak ming" (I think they are the top 2 themes on stickers). Protesters continue to push for the 5 demands to be addressed or even acknowledged.
In the next 24 hrs the #HKHumanRightsandDemocracyAct will be voted on. Whilst not as popular as other stickers, there ARE stickers that support America and the Act.

#HKProtestArt
More protest related #Pepe stickers. The creativity of people never ceases to amaze me, especially the "Say Haking" one, which is a reference to the Chandelier by Sia parody song - not a sticker I thought I'd see but then again I didn't expect to see this many Pepe ones anyway.
I love seeing these little stickers of support. It's a hard time in Hong Kong and we need to be there for each other.
However, in recent weeks (especially after the anti-mask law came into effect), the rallying cry has moved from "Hongkongers, add oil!" to "Hongkongers, resist!". I particularly like the 852 Rebels sticker.
Saw these large vinyl stickers up in Tsim Sha Tsui. Many of these are very specific references, the friend I was with did not know many of these. How many can you get?

#HKProtestArt
I thought these mix and match stickers were a fun idea, makes for a lot of variety. They show various items protesters wear for protection and to protect their identity.
Anti-police and anti-police brutality stickers are becoming more creative. Would love to know who some of these artists are, but with protest art, very few artists put a name or a credit to their art.
An increasingly common mascot in the protests is the LIHKG pig. This pig features as an emoji on "HK Reddit" - LIHKG, so the popularity of LIHKG has caused this pig, and its dog friend, to become protest mascots.
Another round of stickers with anti-police sentiment. The graffiti style sticker is about police-triad collusion. The anatomy related sticker refers to the police statement that said the shot protester was shot in the shoulder, when medical records showed it was his shoulder.
These strike themed protest stickers mainly appeared at the beginning of August, when there was a call for the general strike on 5/8/2019. There was also a call for a class boycott in early September as the new semester started.
The hardhat, goggles and face mask are striking symbol of protesters. They are often featured in protest artwork, and stickers are no exception. These stickers are all promoting different events but you are seen the similarities in design.

@Stand_with_HK is a well organised group of HKers who have successfully crowd funded global ad campaigns and raised awareness for the movement. Their slogan has become one of the rally cries, and can now be found on posters, and of course, stickers.
The MTR parody stickers are extremely popular. Unfortunately for MTR, the signage is incredibly easy to replicate, which results in these amazing stickers. There are too many for me to photograph!
Stickers are not limited to single images, some stickers are actually quite complex and are quite amazing. This is one of my favourite ones, depicting HKers standing together.

#HongKongProtests #HKProtestArt #5DemandsNot1Less
Some stickers with pure anti-CCP, anti-President Xi sentiment. They often play on anti-communist and Nazi-related imagery.
More #5DemandsNot1Less themed stickers. The Olympic ring style sticker describes all 5 demands.

#HongKongProtests
More #StandWithHongKong, #FightForFreedom stickers ( least that's what I think the ripped sticker is saying). This is one of the most popular English slogans, and can be seen on posters, stickers and heard at rallies.

#HongKongProtests
Take care of each other Hong Kong! I don't see as many of these hopeful/happy stickers as the other themes, but I think they are very important for us to keep our morale up. There are many more angry or sad stickers, but remember that we need to help each other stay strong.
Some anti-Carrie Lam protest stickers. I am continuously amazed by how tone-deaf she is. Her government's lack of response to the protests is a driving factor behind why they continue.

#HongKongProtests
Our big @hkladyliberty was destroyed almost exactly a month ago. August 31 - Oct 13. The big statue had a short life but she lives on in her smaller 3D printed cousins and the ongoing protest art.

#HongKongProtests
The mongoose is a relatively new protest mascot, arising after it was suggested that the architecture of Hong Kong was bad Feng Shui and "too snake-like". In response artists started drawing a mongoose killing snakes.

#HKProtestArt #HongKongProtests
A few "Free Hong Kong" stickers I have seen around lately. Not exactly a popular slogan, but definitely one of the easiest English ones to remember, so it is an easy phrase to put on a sticker.

#HongKongProtests
Saw this sticker ahead of the district council vote today. The "Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong" (DAB) is a conservative pro-Beijing party.

#HKDCElection #HongKong
More "Gwong fuk heung gong, si doi gaak ming" stickers, the last has the two phrases imposed on top of each other!

#HongKongProtests #HKProtestArt
Hong Kongers, resist! Today we will go out for another historic march. I really hope it'll remain peaceful.

#HongKongProtests
The protests have been quiet for a few days, and it just means there's more time to reflect. The new police commissioner (Chris Tang) may be a contributing factor but I don't think anti-police sentiment is likely to go away any time soon.

#HongKongProtests
Well.. if there's one thing we can count on in this movement, it's that the police will use an necessary amount of force to detain people. Looking at my folders of sticker photos the anti-police one remains pretty full. 🤷‍♂️

#HongKongProtests
Most of the time I see stickers in isolation, but sometimes I see them in these fun clusters - especially after a big rally. You can see how respectful people are of other stickers, they rarely overlap.

#HongKongProtests #HKProtestArt
Over the holiday period there is so much artwork with a Christmas theme. Artists are using the opportunity to inject more creativity in the movement and remind people it's not going away. Unfortunately the police did go out and arrest people on the street on Christmas.
It's 2020! I still have a huge collection of artwork to post. Will the new year bring new slogans? I think we'll still be hearing #5DemandsNot1Less.

#hongKongProtests #HKProtestArt
There has been a lot of discussion about the "Yellow Economy", but before the yellow economic circle there was simply a call to not purchase anything at all and/or boycott pro-CCP businesses. These stickers are mostly from October but were around before then.

#HongKongProtests
The protest stickers are a huge upgrade to this Cats advertisement. 😂

#HongKongProtests #CatsMovie
Stickers that parody the MTRs designs are really popular (so much so I think it'd take a whole other thread to cover), but other aspects of MTR designs have also been parodied to show the distaste for the MTR corporation. Here an MTR mascot and single use ticket are parodied.
The protest movement is still going strong in Hong Kong, even with the news of the coronovirus. I hope everyone stays stands together in the current climate, the extra anxiety of the virus is no joke.

#HongKongProtests #HongKong
Distrust in Carrie Lam and her government is nothing new. Here are some older anti-Carrie Lam stickers. The distrust of the government has now led to panic buying in response to the govts response to the #wuhancoronovirus. 🤷‍♀️

#HongKongProtests
As one of the most popular protest slogans (光復香港, 時代革命!/ Gwong Fuk Heung Gong, Si Doi Gak Ming), there are many different variations of stickers bearing this slogan.

#HongKongProtests #HKProtestArt
The mongoose appeared organically and is such a cute mascot to see around. It originated due to a a comment that HK's architecture was very "snake-like" by a fengshui specialist, so people started drawing mongoose defeating snakes (also depicted as China here..)

#HKProtestArt
Love seeing these parody stickers around. The first one refers to how ubiquitous sticky notes became on Lennon walls. The second one is a play on the word Monopoly and changes Mr. Monopoly for a policeman.

Seen late last year.
