Frank Figliuzzi is the former FBI counterintelligence (he really does have counterintelligence, that I can tell you) assistant director who sees Nazi code in half-mast flags and dates and thinks that Trump signals Nazism through numerology.

The IRS "whistleblower" is a "career IRS official", the complaint is already "circulating on Capitol HIll", a federal judge has been flagged, "multiple people" are familiar with the document. Complaint received in July.

Where have I heard this before?
The whistleblower handed in his complaint to the Treasury Department Tax Inspector General For Tax Administration on July 29, 2019.

The whistleblower was interviewed at some point this week, not necessarily today.
