- sleep 8+ hours
- drink 2L minimum of water a day (high pH if possible)
- get sun daily
- no sugar
- read for 30 mins a day
- workout 3x / week
- eat fruit + veg daily (especially your greens)
- meditate for 10 mins daily
getting sun daily in countries like the UK is hard so vit D is a great supplement (but sun is always better...)
i know this can be hard but it’s very doable, we live a life where certain things are overlooked and we also expect immediate results, and we don’t we give up. this is so very easy (everything expect the sleep part..). try it, you’re future self will thank you.
as soon as you wake up, meditate! take your fruits with you for the day, sit in the sun for at least 10 mins (you could either meditate like this too) sleep is hard i know, but cbd oil defo helps get a peaceful night sleep. try workout once in the week then twice at the weekend..
i do a 45 min workout but that can be cut short to 15-20 mins if it’s intense cardio, take your water with you everywhere, i have a reusable 1L bottle i got from amazon and just avoid sugar, it all looks hard but it’s so simple!
as for water, a lot of you are saying where can I get a high PH water, please look at this chart below. just water is also a ph of 8 and it can be purchased in may stores, and the bottle is biodegradable. don’t make it harder when it’s really this simple.

a lot of you say it’s impossible, but it’s about creating habits, we all have 10 mins a day to spare for meditation, you can carry a reusable water bottle with you + your fruits, add more veg to your diet, take vit d if you can’t get sun, i meant REFINED SUGAR not all sugar.
instead of watching tv at night or being on your phone, sleep earlier, i hear so many ppl my age saying they’re always tired and i blame late night social media and netflix. you do have time to read but you’re always on ya damn phone 😂 .
i've clocked that the ones justifying that refined sugars should be in your diet, are americans... i feel that says a lot?
