For the geniuses who somehow think it’s because of tax cuts, no, keeping more of the money we earned doesn’t drive this, Republicans’ ever incessant spending does. I’ve discussed this on air for the past ten years. You can’t cut taxes and not also cut spending.
Also, Obama ran on expanding gov’t. Republicans who did the opposite were propelled into the House in 2010. Unfortunately many GOP won’t tackle egregious spending — one of the most politically dangerous things to Trump’s relection. It always comes back to the economy.
