"Ambassador Yovanovitch has been subpoenaed to testify, and as we read the law, she is obliged to be here and testify, and she will...
"...We have repeatedly asked the State Dept's office of the legal advisor to provide us with a written statement that we could read on their behalf so that their concerns regarding what they term, 'executive branch confidentiality interests,' could be heard by this committee...
... We have asked them to specify in writing particular topics with respect to which they wish us to point out their interests. And although we were told we would receive such a statement, we have not."

It's astonishing when you look at how many people have stepped forward -- defying the White House & complying w/ congressional subpoenas -- to tell what they know about Trump, Ukraine & a quid pro quo (weapons to fight Russia for an investigation into Biden).

@AndrewDesiderio Vindman, who says he isn't the whistleblower, was so concerned by the call that he reported its contents to the NSC's top lawyer, he plans to tell lawmakers Tuesday.

He's the first official who listened in on the call slated to talk to Congress.

NEWS: Source tells me that after House Republicans tried flooding the SCIF with non-committee members, “many brought their cell phones too into the classified area.”

“Stand off in progress,” source adds.
Laura Cooper’s deposition is currently on hold while Republicans remain inside the SCIF apparently trying to negotiate a settlement with Schiff.

Source tells me the SCIF is now being swept because of the cell phone violations.
Rep. Chris Stewart (R-Utah) with an interesting and revealing acknowledgment:

“This may be within House rules. That’s not the question. The question is, is it a good idea to impeach the president in secret hearings?” Stewart said.

The Mueller report paints a very damning portrait of Trump.

So, based on my report last month and the Guardian/Red Roar reports this week, Barry Gardiner said a) Labour should be ready to vote for a Brexit deal it doesn't like and b) described the Good Friday Agreement as a "shibboleth"... all in one meeting. He denies it all, of course.
Labour MP on Gardiner’s Irish border remarks: “Incredible. As if the men with the bullets and the bombs will give a toss about why there's a hard border.”
