Quedaron 10 puntos...sale recetaaa
Arrancamos, salteas la espinaca, sin agua, solo un poquito de sal, retiras, fondito de aceite, ajo picado, contás hasta 10 y agregas 2 cebollas y medio morrón picados...
La clave son los sabores, así que deja dorar un poco las cebollas...que tome color, agregas a las espinacas picadas y bien escurridas...
Quiero sumar sabor y textura, agregué 2 huevos, y condimente con sal, pimienta, pimentón dulce, ají molido..y agregué unos maníes pelados sin sal picados no muy finos...(pueden ser nueces o almendras)
Agregué harina leudante solo hasta espesar, lo menos posible y los puse en una plancha con aceite apenas untado con un paño de papel de cocina...LISTOOOO
