Today, a federal appeals court in California ruled that the EPA move was illegal. nyti.ms/2JmSxGU
The case is not likely over. But this federal appeals court ruling asserts the EPA must consider "legacy uses" of chemicals, meaning even if a certain use has been discontinued, it must be considered, when evaluating risks associated with other continuing uses of a chemical
This is a big deal. Chemical safety impacts every American, every day.
