First article was written 4/23/14, & says Devon Archer met Alan Upper a few months earlier at a conference in London. Upper supposedly worked for a long time at Morgan Stanley, as well as Renaissance Capital & Troika Dialog, engaged in emerging markets, including Ukraine.
