Of course food preferences are subjective, so maybe not necessarily the BEST recipes, but ones that are nearly universally great.
Similar to movie rankings, there is a good chance that 95% on @RottenTomatoes is a lot better than 25%
It was arduous since none of these sites actually let you sort the recipes (seriously, and still don't).
So, it being 2019, I wanted to take a more objective approach.
Here's what it looked like for just one site, the @nytimes Top 5
The #1 had over 10,000 reviews!
Again, lots of comfort foods and not a lot of foams and molecular gastronomy. But again, we're looking for the hits...
