You would think @barbarahewson would be falling over backwards to explain her evidence to maliciously implicate me in the abduction of Katrice Lee in collaboration with her sycophantic trolls Simon Just of Kendal to silence me.
But no, not a word! Wonder why?
The likes of Barbara Hewson: @operationbute covering the Katrice Lee case and the Attorney-General weren't impressed by @barbarahewson's malicious action. Case dismissed and police aware of the likes of Hewson.
I can cope with anything #Barbietroll throws at me, BUT ...
Her treatment of Katrice's father @MrRichard_Lee is beyond the pale. This family has been through hell, having to cope with cranks like Hewson on repeated occasions along the way.
Isn't it now time for Hewson to issue a sincere and humble apology to the family of Katrice Lee?
And while we're at it, @barbarahewson: your treatment of Sarah Payne was atrocious and abhorrent, sufficient in itself to see you disbarred.
Why is it you always pick on people who have had massive misfortune in life?

How low can Barbara Hewson stoop? Over the years she has wasted police time by alleging, without a scrap of evidence, that I was in some way implicit in the abduction of Katrice Lee, simply because I now happen to live some 20 miles away.
Hewson's team of lickspittles such as @brookeporkpies, @majorleak2017 and Darren Laverty soon started to run with this allegation, inflicting great pain on Katrice's family.
Needless to say, their malicious allegations have got precisely nowhere ...
And now, just days ahead of Hewson's Bar Standards tribunal, her conduit @legalaidloser1, a pro-Hewson account that she interacts with, is now adding insult to injury by stating that I hold Katrice Lee captive in my cellar! @MrRichard_Lee @TwitterSupport

There is a new strategy from a small group of disruptive elements to lodge complaints with the Public Protector & request investigations on issues they want to block. And the pliable PP is falling over backwards to investigate the dodgy complaints while neglecting the big stuff.
Apparently our esteemed Public Protector has now launched an investigation into signing of REIPPP Bid Window 4 (based on dodgy accusations from the usual suspects). Eskom has been asked to provide all the contracts & supporting documents. See details here:

To be effective in your coaching you need to know why errors happen.

In squatting, most errors are due to the fact that athletes are afraid they are going to fall over.
When we squat, we need to keep the projection of our centre of mass (the arrow in the picture), within our base of support (the pink area in the picture). If the arrow moves outside of our base of support we will fall over.
A common cue is "push the hips back to start the squat". As the athlete pushes their hips back, the projection of the centre of mass (PCOM) moves backwards. When the PCOM reaches the edge of the base of support (BOS), the athlete can't squat any deeper using this strategy.
