Tzintzún Ramirez received criticism last week when her campaign touted an endorsement from Susan Sarandon, who is is notorious to many Democrats for refusing to support their party's presidential nominee, Hillary Clinton, in the 2016 election.

Every week for the past few weeks, they had a trend for someone else in Trump's admin to resign. I think it was Mnuchin last week and I predicted there would be another this week.

U.S. Sen. John McCain deserves praise for promoting racial, religious tolerance and civility, especially inside a political party that often had intolerant leaders. McCain often criticized bigotry and tried to tamp down extremism. And it was seen in his personal interactions.
Here is one example of US Sen. John McCain’s expression of tolerance, from last year. And during the 2008 campaign, he would tell crowds not to hate Obama or make irrational, bigoted remarks about him:
In Jan. 2008, I attended a campaign rally with Sen. John McCain in Clawson, MI. I asked him about concerns some had about his rhetoric on "radical Islam."
He told me: "I want to assure the Muslim community in Michigan & around this country that we respect an honorable religion."
