“Lunacy.” Good description of your cover, @NYDailyNews. Yes, this man was was rearrested. For “aggressive panhandling.” Max sentence is *16 days jail.* Jail wont deter him from being poor. And sending him to Rikers won’t enhance safety. He needs help. Not desperate exploitation.
