As an aside, I would also note that to speak of "the technocratic management of stagnation that defined the Obama era," is to deny that in 2008 the Bush economy lost 296K jobs and in 2009 hemorrhaged another 421K. /3

In his State of the Union, Donald Trump said, "We will never let socialism destroy American healthcare!" Way back in April of 1945, the great actor Orson Welles had a convincing response to what he called the "socialized medicine epithet."

And here is the journalist Lowell Mellett, who produced the famous "Why We Fight" series during WWII, noted that groups like the AMA try to convince people that "some dark menace hangs over them" with the socialized medicine charge.

In 1949, the editorialist of the Huntsville Times, using the phrase "cry wolf," noted that such epithets "lose force, after ceaseless repetition." Little did that editorialist know that the "ceaseless repetition" would continue for another 70+ years.

In the U.S., commentators rarely talk about the “far right,” but the worrying European developments described here certainly have their American parallels. But here rather than emerging from new parties, it has largely happened within an existing one. nytimes.com/2020/02/04/opi…
To be clear, I’m not saying the GOP is identical with European far-right parties or that the party is monolithic around these issues the way a single-issue far-right party might be. Just saying the parallels are there. /2
It seems that the American commentators are generally willing to compare the two through the lens of “populism” or “nationalism,” but have been reluctant to speak of an American “far right.” To be sure, all of these terms have their limits. /3

Someone took the time and effort to create the georgia stones, and I can't help but think that is the end goal of the 6000+ year old globalist coup - to get the world population down to less than 500 million. They desperately needed World War 3 and by God they were going for it.
They truly believe they are better than others, that they have some sort of divine right to this planet and have the bloods of Ancient Gods pumping through their veins. And the rest of us are here merely to serve them.
If that is truly the end goal, the most powerful nation to ever exist on this planet needs to fall, otherwise what would stop the might of the american people from shock and aweing these globalists bastards back into the stone age. This is why the US can never be emulated.

1) Totally awesome that @alivitali describes Warren as still surging and Bernie as about where he’s always been while reporting on MSNBC when neither of those things are correct. Gonna have a lot of clips most likely as CNN and MSNBC are not covering Bloomberg’s entry well
@alivitali 2) Already seeing MSNBC moderators ask if Wall Street and Bloomberg are scared of Warren, while pretending Bernie doesn’t exist despite one of the people being interviewed being at a Bernie event and I’m just getting started.
@alivitali 3) I’m going to start with CNN tho, and their coverage has been pretty awful themselves. First they act like Bloomberg is automatically some top tier candidate and actually lead some of their shows off on his candidacy. This following clip is how it’s being framed too
