One thing I've noticed since I joined the ranks of "the right-wing" is how useless most mainstream right-wing commentators are.

They don't get that cultural debate is *all* a language game (and always has been). They also don't seem to understand that by employing their
opponent's arguments or neologisms they're legitimising said arguments.

This is why it's so easy to defeat "the right" in culture wars.

The number of non-progressives who use the word "gender" as a substitute for "sex" is mind-boggling. Why don't they understand that the
language they use frames/informs the *entire* debate?

By using the word "gender" you may as well say "I believe the differences between men and women are socially constructed".

Likewise, "diversity", "LGBT" (this is political terminology), "multicultural" (often when they
mean "multiracial"), "affirmative action" (*always* use the word "discrimination" instead), etc.

The only time you should *ever* use these terms is when you're about to criticise them.

The approach of many mainstream commentators on "the right" is baffling to me. In fact, I
attribute much of progressivism's success to the eagerness of mainstream conservatives to implicitly endorse all of its neologisms and manipulative arguments every step of the way.
And using "people of color" with sincerity and in everyday discourse...again, you may as well say "I believe progressives are correct in their belief there's innate camaraderie/affinity between people who are non-white".

All of these terms are loaded with presuppositions.
I just searched National Review, a so-called "conservative" publication, and its journalists have used the term "people of color" more than 300 times across separate articles.

They may as well just hand society to the progressive orthodoxy on a silver platter.
