Here's the revised Roger Stone sentencing filing. No specific recommendation, but prosecutors say the 87-108 months "could be excessive and unwarranted." courtlistener.com/docket/1451585…
Assistant US Atty John Crabb says that a prison sentence is still warranted, but that 87-108 months "does not accurately reflect" DOJ's position.
Something "far less" than 87-108 months would be "reasonable," Crabb says.

Tomeka Hart said that Stone's affiliation with Trump would "absolutely not" affect how she weighed evidence.

She tweeted just months before the trial that all of Trump's supporters are racist. Stone is of course a longtime Trump supporter who coaxed him into running for office.
Hart also downplayed how much attention she paid to Trump-related investigations, saying "I don't pay that close attention" to developments. Her Twitter feed suggests otherwise.

Just a prediction: DOJ will revise the sentencing enhancement for witness tampering and threats. The target of that, Randy Credico, has already pleaded for no jail time for Stone. dailycaller.com/2020/02/11/doj…
Prosecutors argued that Stone's remarks to Credico convinced him to plead the 5th at House Intel. But Credico testified that he took the advice of his lawyers and other associates, including Stone, in deciding to take 5th.
And just my own opinion, but Stone's remarks to Credico always seemed to be just a guy talking shit to his frenemy rather than an actual threat of violence. But media hyped it relentlessly as witness tampering.

Steele's firm cited this analysis from ex-CIA John Sipher as some sort of validation of the dossier.

Except, Sipher had to correct that piece after we pointed out that he was wrong to claim that Michael Isikoff's article independently verified dossier.
Orbis also cites analysis from former Comey chief of staff Chuck Rosenberg in December 2018.

Rosenberg has acknowledged after the IG report that he would have written that analysis differently today, and that it called Steele's methodology into question

…ordering the prosecution to produce all the documents, she's allowing them to hide behind NATSEC curtain, which is nonsense, Roger Stone isn't some 007 type, he's a political smear specialist and a lobbyist pimp.
Bottom line the government is covering their asses and Andrew Weissmann's sloppy legal work. The judge should just order CrowdStrike to produce their unredacted work product to be scrutinized by experts in the field that aren't being paid by the DNC.

Even Mike Flynn Jr. disavowed "Q" last month. This is the same guy who pushed Pizzagate, Pedogate and numerous other conspiracy theories.

Every single 1 of the 'Brady law progeny' the judge refers to - that are explained in the {1} footnote, has to do with the PROSECUTION WITHHOLDING EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE FROM THE DEFENDANT BEFORE A GUILTY PLEA WAS ENTERED.
