So I wanted to address it.
1. The original poster, on FB, never stated he was at court he appears to have posted a rumour that he may have heard most likely on the net.

@911NoPlaner @EricEarly_CA @realDonaldTrump @Johnheretohelp 2. Why would @Johnheretohelp be testifying in a courtroom, before a judge, when there haven't been any criminal charges brought against Adam Schiff?
Depositions are sworn, out-of-court oral testimony that becomes a transcript to be used during a trial.

@911NoPlaner @EricEarly_CA @realDonaldTrump @Johnheretohelp 3. Depositions are taken for discovery and trial. For discovery to occur there must be charges already in place against a defendant as it is a pre-trial procedure. Before trial all statements would have been gathered during discovery.

@911NoPlaner @EricEarly_CA @realDonaldTrump @Johnheretohelp 4. If @Johnheretohelp was a witness giving evidence to support charges being laid, his statement would not be have been given in a courtroom. He would have been interviewed by investigators, who would then provide his statement to a DA that would file charges.

@911NoPlaner @EricEarly_CA @realDonaldTrump @Johnheretohelp 5. The tweeted scenario previously linked simply makes no sense according to criminal procedures and the law.
