This Plantain pepper soup is one in town😋. It is also called Ukodo. It is usually made with cat fish but I used goat meat. I prepared this #InMyKitchen on The Morning Rave @MRavetv on @ravetvchannel.
Very easy with few ingredients. Check out the ingredients 👇🏼

In your pot, add goat meat, seasoning and pepper and allow the stock to come out.
Put in your tomato mix (I dried it), stir and allow to cook for 5minutes
Add a bowl of water, add the pepper soup spice and crayfish. Add salt and seasoning and allow to cook for 30minutes
Wash, Peel and cut the unriped plantain, and add it to the pepper soup.
Allow to cook till it is soft (I spent up to 20 minutes)
Pick, cut and wash scent leaves and add. Cook for one minute and put it down.
Ukodo is ready
