I’m always amazed no WH reporter ever snaps and says, “What the f**k are you talking about??”
I mean, if a celebrity were this consistently incoherent, he or she would catch flak in the press.

but POTUS does not. it’s just lots of nodding from reporters and pretending he’s sane

First, if you’re looking for the bottom line, there isn’t a clear one. But here’s the current status. The vape ban in general is set to expire December 24 and the vape ban as it applies to medical cannabis patients is set to expire on Tuesday. NOTE: one or both could be extended.
In my opinion, one reason it’s so confusing is because of the nonsensical nature of banning all vape products with one order. Of course it got divided up by courts. Nicotine/THC. Flower/oil. Regulated/illicit. Medicine/not medicine. None of these distinctions were considered.
