Here's a great post I came across from @Get_Lighthouse - Why everything breaks when you reach 25 employees

A Thread...
From the post...

"I’ve spoken to hundreds of leaders and managers as we’ve started Lighthouse and one common pattern we’ve found is somewhere around 25 employees, everything breaks."

Why this number? It's at that point it becomes difficult to manage on your own.
As this point, people stop wearing multiple hats and start to become less involved in everything and become more specialized.
When you hit the 25ish mark, the culture of your organization begins to set in.

It's really fascinating how this number was most common for organizations who began to see major change.
So if you're about to hit that number, I'd recommend reading through this article and really start thinking about the future before you get caught flat-footed as your organization continues to grow.
