Getting endorsements is indicative of: being able to build coalitions, having people trust you to listen to them and not shank them later, enthusiasm, support. You know, things that come in handy while presidenting.
PS: if your fave is in the cabinet, or still in Congress, chances are they'll still keep pushing this country in a good direction. Together.
Also: whatever change it is that you want, push for it locally. Here in red Ohio, my city offers pre-school for all, free lunches and breakfast to all children at school, free medical care at school, paid parental leave for city workers.
