Water comes from a well, where you need it when you need it: sterilized by ultra strong UV light! No virus will survive in this trough: spare a thought for your city friends who live with plastic PVC tainted lukewarm water.
Stay strong and load up on vitamin-D by hanging out in the sun for as long as you can. Vitamin-D deficiency leads to lowered immune system strength.
The high altitude means you will partake of the legendary "mountain man" physique. Daily, and rather strenuous, walks, will keep you fit as a fiddle and all that dairy calcium will do your bones well: good for your immune system defense levels!
When you get sleepy, your bedroom is of wood! Natural woods contains α-pinene, an anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial which also induces physiological relaxation... you'll never sleep as well as here!
The house is flanked by the goat house and the cow barn. In addition to being your food suppliers they'll also supply you with the love and affection you will need to entertain your children, or if you are alone, bring some much needed company on the long lonely days.
The toilet is as safe as safe can be! Completely isolated from ANY viral or bacterial source, not connected to any system and works perfectly off-grid. If worst comes to worst, and you get dodgy guests, you can just build another one.

As you might have figured out, this is not a call to have everyone run to the hills or move to Switzerland: all of these steps (or steps in these directions), are available to almost all of us, at any time, not only to reduce or risk of contagion but also to live healthier lives.
