A message from our director, @Biebert: I hope you and your loved ones are doing well through all this. We wanted to give you a quick update to keep you in the loop while you navigate this difficult season.

With CDC guidance urging venues around the US to close events into mid-May, we have no choice but to postpone our Milwaukee red carpet premiere event on May 3rd until a later date.

I am truly sorry.

I’ve tried to build my career on a reputation of honoring my commitments.

Our team has been watching the #COVID19 situation for months and we pushed our initial plans beyond March/April and into May to give it time.

We wanted to get this out before mid-May because we know how important that is.

Looking forward, I plan on having discussions with our Kickstarter backers, film festivals, team members, and distribution partners to find the best way forward.

Four things I know:

1) We will still have a red carpet premiere at a future date to celebrate the backers, cast, & crew
2) We are not giving up
3) We have a movie that can change society if we find a strong way forward
4) All options are on the table at this point

Regarding tickets:

About 950 out of 2400 were still available so many of you will be wondering about rescheduling & refunds. Our team is coordinating with the venue to get clarity on how refunds/exchanges will be processed.

We will reach out soon with a full update.

I don’t know what lies ahead, but I do know that our team and the thousands of families that backed us on Kickstarter will not quit until the truth gets out.
