"What is on your hearts and your minds?"💜 With staff members - 5 minutes of fame, sharing top thoughts & discussing them together. This creates trust! They're now starting all meetings with an exchange, crowdsourcing from meeting attendees to make the most of your time together.

What has worked for Sean - persistence. Try new ideas. Like sidewalk chalk to send messages to people they hadn’t heard from in awhile. OR with multiple children in one household, teachers are sharing the responsibilities to remain connected and do what is best for the students.
