This is being understood now as a #leadership capability! This is becoming so important because there are multiple layers to organizations. Look to a larger group of people for knowledge. @Gartner_inc #BringPeopleTogether #crowdsourcing #TeVirtualEvents #TeVE

Trusting the wisdom of the crowd is a learned skill. It takes time and practice but it's worth the effort! Leaders who crowdsource from a wider range of people will experience less pushback and more buy-in from the group because they were involved in the decision-making process.

Your attitude changes after your behavior changes. Example: "Remote work CAN actually work!" (Now that the world has been forced to try it). Make digital leadership more accessible! Give people the right tools to do this properly & Promote them internally to support your efforts.

#Leadership - Admitting that you don't have all the answers! Now is the time to be wrong? It shows transparency. People are giving leaders and organizations more patience and grace to make mistakes and be open about it. Try new things and be open and honest about your intentions.
