Importantly, a different study — randomized, placebo-controlled trial of #hydroxychloroquine (GOLD-STANDARD design) — showed ZERO benefit of the drug to prevent #COVID19 in people exposed to #coronavirus, the LOWEST bar to show efficacy.💥
This study of #COVID19 patients showed that #hydroxychloroquine had NO BENEFIT, but increased the risk of DEATH.💥
