OMFG: The @SeattlePD just refused to let an AMBULANCE through a peaceful protest. Absolutely disgraceful. 😡😡😡 #DefundSPD #BlackLivesMatter
The protesters IMMEDIATELY cleared a path. Why did the @SeattlePD refuse? @MayorJenny We. Want. Answers. Image
Please join me and a long list of Seattle Democratic leaders in calling for @MayorJenny’s immediate resignation by signing this petition: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAI…
First Responders out here supporting #SeattleProtests. Why didn’t @SeattlePD support our first responders and let the ambulance through? Image
And just so we’re CRYSTAL clear, these barricades are incredibly easy to take apart. Would have taken @SeattlePD two seconds. Image
And here’s my mother and her three boys at the protest, taken about 1 hour before the ambulance was denied. Image

Screengrab of 911 dispatch info from around 10:15 to just after midnight. None of the addresses listed would need that route for access. Was @SeattlePD attempting to frame the protesters by assuming we wouldn’t move out of the way? Image
Update: Image
Can someone please email media@gmr.net and investigate these questions: 1.) is there information about this dispatch? 2.) Was the ambulance able to get where it needed to go/complete the call? 3.) What was the outcome of that ambulance call (person seen/transported/etc)?
