What is "DIFFERENCES"? It's a visual breakdown of areas of polarity. It allows you to highlight dynamics that you are already aware of.

Group A - all rated thought on the left HIGH. (Agree)
Quick wins are in the middle! Shows a very wide variety of people. Also shows strong listening #TeVE

The "show more +" button - You can get an understanding of the survey questions. Who IS side A? Who IS Side B? Use these demographics to understand your stakeholder's intentions. #TeMasterClass #TeVE
Smaller exchange? Only one side showing in Differences? This is telling us that Side B wasn't rating thoughts very highly. "Show more +" button is an opportunity to better understand who IS side B that doesn't feel strongly about the thoughts that Side A rated highly. ⚡️ #TeVE
No differences in a smaller exchange? The algorithms didn't pick up on any large disparity in ratings. The more participation you get in that exchange, the better the chances are of seeing differences. Encourage participants to return to STAR more thoughts. #TeVE #TeMasterClass
