My dad is currently in the hospital in AZ for a NON-Covid related issue.

Neither the urgent care nor the hospital were busy when was taken in.

There were so many beds available at the hospital that he was given his own room from a Covid floor which he says was hardly occupied.
My dad is vaccinated at his own request. Obviously that was his choice which my sister and I respected. That’s said, he is now more concerned about having issues.
Thank you for al the prayers and well wishes. My dad’s procedure went well, he should be released by either tomorrow or the following day.

#COVID19 Update, day 4 since the positive test.
As of now my mom has several cold like symptoms which surfaced 5 days after exposure. She has high BP which spiked higher a few times. Was told to lower Zinc intake to 7 mg. She did take HCQ. Vitamin D, & plenty of vitamin C.
She had a reaction to ZPak due to interaction w another med (atorvastatin). Could’ve been the dosage. Her muscles felt week. The reaction was immediate & heart rate was elevated.
The rest of us are negative but have to test again in 2 days since #covid could present itself later.
Keep in mind, b/c my mom was in high-risk category, she always wore mask everywhere outside. Also our family is borderline OCD. So regardless of your practices, it could still happen. Masks may be helpful but won’t necessary save your life from getting Covid.
