* reinstate in full #DACA
* end the Muslim Ban (Travel Ban 3.0)
* 100 days freeze of deportation

* increase the refugee admission cap to 125,000
* withdraw from ACA
* reinstate the Central American Minor Reunification program

There is attributed pledge to end #MPP, however, due to the logistics of actually accomplishing it during a raging pandemic I doubt that we will see an outright end w immediate parole of all victims of this atrocious & shameful travesty. Hopefully, they find away to do it ASAP.

The repeal of the public charge rule is front and center. But as the cited sources observed, for rules that have been implemented if the Admin just rescinds them, such actions could be challenged in Court by Conservative groups just as advocates assailed Trump's regs.

On the #COIVD-19 bans, "Mr. Biden has yet to say whether his administration will continue, alter or completely scrap Mr. Trump's pandemic-era limits on immigrant and work visas."

He will face enormous pressure comes Jan 21st and my bet is that he will tread lightly.

Eliminating the CDC 'seal the border' expulsion order is going to be the first to go in my opinion.

Honestly, my biggest fear is that Stephen Miller and the other 'true believers' that reigned DHS (who would be unemployable in any respectable area) will create 'super plaintiff' organizations to challenge Biden's immigration policies to keep the Trump base energized.
