It's not easy to ascertain where we are in the election. All the guidance we've received indicates massive voter fraud on a scale never seen before. Equally massive coverup efforts are extraordinary.
3) I don't mind admitting that sometimes I too have my doubts in the face of the media onslaught and most especially the betrayal of the Republican Party. I'll opine on FOX again in a moment. But first I have to share more about @shestokas.
4) We have been friends since 2018, and he's one of the greatest patriots I have the honor to know. His legal mind and constitutional knowledge are beyond description. In case you don't know about it, you have a treasure in store when you read his book.
5) From time to time David and I speak on the phone, and this election, we spoke while he was in Pennsylvania. He directly observed massive vote fraud, and testified as an expert witness. His words were worse than watching a horror movie, the fraud was so bad.
6) Terrible as his words were, my friend gives me comfort and here's how. He made the sacrifices to the right man at the right time and place to observe the truth. And when I'm tempted to believe the lies, his words ring in my mind and heart. Dave told me the truth. I have that.
7) If you read yesterday's thread, you know I was encouraged by @Raiklin's brilliant work on the #PenceCard. And remember, @POTUS retweeted the memo. Yet, the deadline came and went. Well, with great honor, Raiklin was right there, and you can listen:
8) I am absolutely NOT legally qualified to agree or disagree with @Raiklin. That's a line I will not cross. I can qualify, though, by the honorable statement, IF HE'S RIGHT, then our Vice President has failed his mission. For now, until further guidance arrives, that stands.
9) What does it mean, "that stands?" It means that Raiklin's work leads us to two possible conclusions, both depending on his call being legally sound. The first is that once again @POTUS is NOT served by those he must depend upon in his function as President.
10) And if our first conclusion is correct, the second conclusion follows, perhaps even more meaningfully in drawing the map of where we are. The second conclusion is symbolic. If Raiklin is right, then Pence becomes the symbol of The Swamp itself, right before our very eyes.
11) Clearly, this is no time to pull punches. Until February of 2017, I was always lukewarm on Pence. He seemed a decent executive to support Trump, and that was enough. But the Flynn case soured me, especially the two appearances on the Chris Wallace show.
12) As the years passed, and Pence seemed to always be there with 100% support for "this president," and his respect for and service to our leader progressed, I developed a theory allowing me to give Pence some support, albeit always guarded.
13) My theory was that the Obama team successfully lied to Pence, and really did take him in. I hate to say it, but we could call this the Gullible Pence theory by which he was fooled by evil actors, very good at what they do, and he honestly believed he'd been lied to by Flynn.
14) Sometimes, I have a long memory. Every time I'd see Pence on TV, before my theory, I would become furiously angry all over again. Forgiving those two Chris Wallace interviews was not in my heart or nature. But, with my new theory, I didn't have to be so mad every time.
15) There is of course a counter-theory about Pence's role in the Flynn case, but we need not pursue that track today. Besides, I might be really wrong. That is, Raiklin may be wrong, so that following his lead, my judgement cannot lead to truth on that path. It's very possible.
16) You've noticed, we have a go-where-angels-dare-not-tread policy we follow here. Not always. Hell, I'd actually rather not go there at all, believe it or not. But when we face the greatest stolen election, one threatening our very existence as a Republic. Gloves must come off.
17) I remember the very heart break I'm suffering right now. It was in the years leading up to 2016, and then, facing the possibility of a Clinton 2 administration, my heart break turned into a kind of grim resolve I'd never felt in life before.
18) No point tarrying on the past. I just have to share that the possibility that Raiklin is right puts me in the exact same place. Well, not quite the same, this time it's not only quite familiar, I also have the taste of great victories on my tongue and in my nostrils.
19) Coming fully back to right now. If Pence just committed a Constitutional crime, betrayed his oath of office, and sold out America, well, if that's true I likely won't ever find that soft place of potential forgiveness in my heart, ever again.
20) Another location on the map is of course Mighty Mitch McConnell. He has welcomed Biden as his new leader. The election is not over. But Mighty Mitch seems not to care, and of course joins in the Cool Kids Club in DC thrilled to see Trump finally gone. Et tu, Mitch?
21) He's a tough person to box in, though. The Merrick Garland decision was positively historic, and positively critical in saving America. As to Justices and Federal Judges, that all sounds good, and I give Trump every possible credit for that. It was heroic. But...
22) I see no real benefit for America from all that judicial effort, and now, THIS MOMENT, is the time we need it most. Maybe these justices and judges just don't have the spine strength, the intestinal fortitude to carry the burden of law in the face of all this.
23) I have, I must share, recently reached out to all of our best clone research laboratories and the response has been dismal. They keep telling me we're just not close enough to clone @SidneyPowell1. It appears we're stuck with justices and judges not enough like her.
24) But back to Mighty Mitch, the jury is in. Embracing Biden, obstructing the Senate's function in stopping the theft of this election, I see no way that this betrayal can be excused or pardoned. Mitch has betrayed us. General Mac would tell us this is treason.
25) Friends, my work day beckons. Once it gets started, it's foolish of me to make promises about when I'll be back to finish up. So, allow me just this, I will be back, later today (maybe even this evening, or whatever), and we'll see how our map continues to form.
Thread pauses at #25.
After a great call, thread picks up again now...
26) Here's another part of the map. The Democrats have, again, taken precisely what they've done, and blamed Republicans for doing exactly that. There is a trend now, #ThePlotToStealAmerica. If you look it up, you'll see they're calling our attempt to save America by that name.
27) Imagine that. Each side is saying precisely the same thing against the other. It cannot be questioned that our map includes Abe Lincoln's House Divided principle as one of its cardinal directions.
28) I saw a comment that an intelligent person made, unwilling to attack Pence over something we never heard of until a few days ago. It was a good comment, and I always appreciate and laud loyalty. So let's run with that theory. We might even call it the Trust The Plan theory.
29) In this case, Trump and Pence being a good team, have the right plan to #Overturn this election and #StopTheSteal. By the way, I found the comment I mentioned above. Here it is.
31) Here, I am 100% certain of something. @realDonaldTrump has a victory plan. He has given everything he's got to this, and it is the greatest battle of his life. He's got a plan. I do completely trust that. No question.
32) We've kind of gone real time in today's thread. I have another important comment to share, from #9 above. It's about the part of the Inner Circle around Trump that too is part of the problem.
34) We can forgive each other for our heads swirling in the conflicting information and sometimes impossible to decipher signals. And on that note, I'm going to make a 2nd pot of coffee and meditate on our final section of today's work. When I come back, I have a request to make.
35) Wow! Two hours ago I thought I was going to make some coffee and meditate. HUGE business call comes in while I'm making the coffee. I had to throw my coffee away, man am I pissed. Well, not really, it was a fantastic call, amazing really.
36) All that concentration broken stuff leaves me with just one additional marker on our map for today, and it goes back to our hero @shestokas. Wonder if I can go snag the comment he made. Found it!
37) Even when I posted his earlier tweet with all the people in it, it certainly did NOT dawn upon that he'd identified, as he puts it above "the 10 people in America who can #StopTheSteal."
Just 10 people? Now that is a marker on our map worth focusing on! Let's look.
39) Picture Pasquale running an old school, black and white news room in a Sunday morning old movie. You know where the newspaper spins around at the beginning of the movie, right?
40) In real life I don't smoke. Never have. But in the movie, it only being a movie, of course I have a big cigar hanging out of my mouth while yelling at everyone all the time. Across the transom (what's a transom?) our legal beat man Shestokas gets this wire in. 10 names.
41) Tom, Dick, Harry, Sam, Sally, Sue, Sarah, Jack, Judy, and you Jane, off you go. Here's a name. I need everything on this person in 24 hours, no, make it 12. What do they do? Who are they? Where are they right now? What are they doing about this theft? I need everything!
42) No Tom, this one time I'm really not looking for dirt, although if you find any! But, this is on the clock and we have the greatest theft in the history of America to stop. Here's the headline:
1st Theft Of An Entire Nation
43) While I do not have a movie newsroom at my behest, I am - you might have gathered or guessed - asking you! Who are these 10 people? Can we persuade them to do the right thing? I don't have time to research their stories. Dave doesn't have time for all my questions.
44) Neither Dave nor I are formal members of the Q Club. But, we are friends, you know we are. How do we access the Digital Warriors that @GenFlynn has brought forth into this world for just such a moment as this? Just 10 people. If they do the right thing, we can #StopTheSteaI.
45) For a bonus point, why am I thinking about Father Abraham, and his conversation about Sodom and Gomorrah with the Lord. Come on, you know!
46) In case you don't, the story is from Genesis 18, and is one of the most amazing in the Bible. In it, Abraham negotiates for the people of those 2 vile cities. He asked if the cities might not be saved, in case there were enough good men to be worthy.
47) The structure of the negotiation that follows is basically, please don't be mad at me, but what if there were only...
I just checked, the number of good men went through these stages of negotiation:
50
45
40
30
20
10
Now you see the tie to Shestokas' list of 10.
48) So team! Can I leave it with you to sign on for Shestokas' mission? Just pick any one of the 10 and start getting answers. Reach out with a flood of emails. Network with everybody you know to find out if any of them know your person.
49) Don't forget real newspapers. There's still a few out there. Local newspapers will often accept news stories that are volunteered from the community. Cut loose. Letters to the editor still exist. And here online, oh my. I'm not the guy to guide you. Get creative.
50) Obviously there are more markers to lay down on our map as we track the stolen election. I honestly do hope Pence is a White Hat. But, no matter, I do know Trump has a plan, and I trust it. Yet as he always says...
We'll see.
Thread ends at #50.

I thought to call today's mediation, "The Death Of The News Cycle," but couldn't. It may be ill. One day it may die. But it's power remains vast, and we're going to discuss that first.
2) The purpose of the purpose of the news cycle is obviously to grab and hook strong hold on your attention, on the national and global focus. The term "narrative" is anything but new. Yet it appears to be the true driving force behind the news cycle anymore.
3) There are verbs attached to this thing - being a thing, a narrative is a noun - such as shaping, directing, and ultimately controlling it. I am, as won't surprise you, a control skeptic. I don't believe in it, and wouldn't want it if it did exist. The real narrative is alive.
The Great Reawakening - A Renewed Dream Of America
@GenFlynn tells me the JOY of the MAGA Movement has returned. Our Xmas gift is A Renewed Dream For America. In case you didn't know, it's his birthday too, he's a Christmas baby!
2) He tells me that there's a new spirit of patriotism that has arisen. Of course, we are his #DigitalWarriors, and that's a gigantic thing, far more important than has been understood in general. It marks a new era of participation. #CitizenJournalists, he names us.
3) I for one am thrilled to share this Christmas morning with all of you, right here, in my office in my home. It was a surprising gift, this morning, when @speflash Steve named me as part of the New Media. I never had that thought before this morning.
First a nod to my new friend, @HeloProcurement, Don The Pleb. You'll enjoy the show we did last night, and it's meditating on our conversation that led to today's lead.
2) I have to say it was a great debate and hat's off to Don for that. Our debate had a foundation in the list I've shared here, the one I drafted after all the work we've done on General McInerney's guidance. It seems the pivot point is #6.
3) Don's point can be respectfully boiled down to...it won't be pretty. Don's wise vision was on the reaction of America to Martial Law. He utterly opposes the use of the military in regards to an election, or on American soil I'm not being sarcastic when I use the word wise.
We can't let go of General Mac's guidance. It is positively extreme. Not as extreme as the crimes it seeks to redress, rathere, proportionately so. Here are his 10 Commandments.
2) We're going to wind our slow, meandering way through the import of those commandments today. Before we do, I have a bit of a preamble to offer.
There is no such thing as a conspiracy too large to fail. There are global conspiracies.
3) Consider some specific examples. Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy. How about China and what became North Korea in the Korean War? How about China and Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam, or the China/Cambodia connection. How about Kruschev and Castro in Cuba?
From the Middle of the Night File, up again after a few hours decent sleep, I was doing some organizing for tomorrow's thread. And what do I find? Once again Twitter has broken one of my threads. Yesterday morning's. It was a 4-tweet thread. I can only see 27 tweets.
2) I don't know what I'm going to do about it. That's a bridge too far. If I didn't have the thread reader app unroll above, I'd be checking my memory of my work. Thank goodness at least that's there!
45 - 27 = 18
Twitter disappeared 18 of my tweets. And they're not random.
3) At the same time, look what I find in my feed. Two announcements composed in identical format. I'll point out what's wrong with these "clarifications" below. This is from Newsmax.
Today, we'll finish General Mac's interview with Sarah Westall, here at Twitter: @westall_sarahw. I've made it up to 26:51 in notations and responses so far.
2) As a student of how studying works, I was deeply surprised by yesterday's work. The interview up on one screen, my thread up on the other, I was able to start and stop comfortably. I could look up sources by pausing the interview. I enjoyed it. That shocks me.
3) Mind, I'm NOT saying I did a good job. It was the first time I've ever done that sort of commentary and real time research simultaneously. It's all kind of weird to me. You know, old dogs, new tricks, not easy, but so much fun!
