You also keep pushing narrative that black & brown don't trust medical care. NOT when they have BOTH health insurance AND access to care. It's largely genetic & environmental other than ins & access. I have watched AfrAms flock to health centers for care when available. No fear.
I've worked in/around health care systems most of my life, professionally 30 years. No fear in African Americans IF they have insurance & access to health care. They go to get it! That is an old canard passed around in the press echo chambers which is no longer true. @CNNPolitics
There is firm documentation of people on Medicaid - black/white receiving large quantities of Rx opioids sell them on the streets. That is from federal DEA & LE databases. That is NOT discrimination or disparity. I have work w Drs in a pain clinic & there are indicators 4 this.
