The @DHSCgovuk has previously said they were ‘continually exploring ways in which we can return to normality’ & ‘We have no plans to introduce immunity passports following THIS vaccination programme.’
However The Hub submitted #COVID19 proposition to @GOVUK to provide the @NHSX, @NHSuk & @PHE_uk access to mobile QR Health Passport / Certificate app for Antigen / Antibody & Vaccination tests passed or not.
The systems can integrate with existing HR records and supports; Employee registration; Pre-book attendance; Shift scheduling; Personalised messaging; 24/7 real-time remote management and dashboard remotely managing tap in / tap out access control.
The QR Passport can be used by anyone performing a #COVID19 test.
The Hub registers users tested and records the details of test / Vaccine taken before sending the + / - results via a QR certificate issued securely to their mobile phone using @awscloud based platform.
9.
The QR Code much like a train ticket, is designed to access designated ‘safe’ COVID free areas.
These Safe areas might include Hospitals, Care homes, Schools and Private Events like Football Matches and Music Festivals.
10.
These areas would use a QR reader - another App which is part of the same platform to admit only those with negative QR certificates stored on their phones.

Sam Rudder, CEO of The Hub has delivered over 40m smart tokens into market and taken and processed over £400m of payments cash and card.
From a digital perspective they help the adoption the #IOT and help to drive a cashless contactless society.
It is now very likely that the Vaccine Certification service provided here will be a software plug-in into the existing @DHSCgovuk test and trace @NHSCOVID19app.
“We are delighted to reconfigure our platform quickly to enhance the @DHSCgovuk COVID test offer" he said.
13.
Everything required for operation can be downloaded from the digital channel from The Hub and the mobile App stores and the solution runs on all standard smartphones.
The app is about getting negative QR passport holders back into society & into their workplace. They say.
12.
Working with the Hub Company is Kanwar Brar IT Director of the travel & Bus provider, the Go-Ahead Group Plc.
They are keen to assist the @DHSCgovuk and have been heavily involved in this from the start working closely with local authorities.
The Go-Ahead Group working with The Hub, one of their technology suppliers, are now trialing Vaccine Certificates using the #COVID19 mobile certification programme on public and private transport.
14.
While the UK has refused the idea of a Vaccine Passport these @DHSCgovuk proposals and contracts prove actually the solutions have already been designed and they they are ready for a public rollout in 2021 based on a trigger event.
15.
Vaccine passports are now taking off all around the world despite their critics. To go anywhere in 2021 you will be required to show proof of immunity via a negative test or via a Vaccine. Is this something we should all get used to?
2021 is going to be the year of the Vaccine Passport / Certification which is what those pesky Conspiracy Theorists have been warning about since March. And guess what they have been right again COVID does mean Certificate of Vaccine ID.
"The screens received / transmitted any sound Winston made, picked up; so long as he remained within the field of vision, he could be seen as well as heard.
There was of course no way of knowing whether you were being watched at any given moment."

The globalist's Master-Plan introduces NEW restrictions on our daily lives, we are now being offered only 2 choices.

The core of this #COVID19 conspiracy is DATA, our Health data, that's what they ultimatly want & according to that data using #AI and #Analytics to form the new social control structures and privileges.
This also opens the way for touchless, #Biometrics & smarter societies.

Tony Blair Today:
"We have the best data systems in the world. Collecting data in one place, with one patient record is going to be absolutely vital, testing, vaccinations, every single thing to do with the development of this disease, is needed."
The Known Traveller Digital Identity, or KTDI, is a World Economic Forum initiative that brings together a global consortium of individuals, governments, authorities and the travel industry to enhance security in world travel.
The KTDI concept shows great potential for use beyond the travel industry, including applications in healthcare, education, banking, humanitarian aid and other sectors.
The UK to use full touchless Biometric Data as sole authentication for international travel.
"This strategy will support ambition of having the world's most effective border that creates prosperity and enhances security for a global United Kingdom."
"The #COVID19 pandemic has shown the importance of ensuring that passenger travel is as resilient as possible. Developing processes that are less reliant on personal contact and interaction may be key to this".

"The British minister for vaccine deployment suggested that, quote, "Proof of Vaccination would be required at restaurants, bars, sporting events." But then there was a huge outcry, and he had to walk back the statement."
"So internationally there is really just a handful of countries are going to have access to vaccines, that may be true all the way into 2022 or later. But there's also the issue of privileging people's immune status as an ability to be able to participate in economic life."
"@DHSCgovuk is planning to deploy a negative #COVID19 test certification to enable workplaces, educational centres, health & social care services & places of business to open to members of the public"
