More on the 2 Russian women from Oregon—mother and daughter—who were among those arrested in the Capitol siege riot. The mom spoke Russian during her arraignment in court & needed an interpreter. Her daughter is vice chair of Young Republicans in Oregon.

@brooklynmarie The Russian women arrested in the Capitol coup are NOT Russian nationals. They have links to Moldova, per Buzzfeed, so part of the Russian world as Russian diaspora.

Repubs are plotting a coup in plain sight. Barr's getting DOJ to probe "irregularities" which don't exist. He met w/ McConnell today. Now every GOP is spewing "legal/illegal" vote nonsense. Trump said there'd be no transition & meant it. He & GOP are blocking Biden's transition!
Barr’s direction upends DOJ rule saying prosecutors should NOT launch voter fraud investigations until after election results are certified. That guidance was designed to ensure that voters & state & local election officials—NOT the federal government—decide the election results.

NYPost bosses pressed staff to add their bylines to the sketchy Hunter Biden story. They refused. More red flags uncovered in the latest laundering of Russian disinformation that Repubs have been trying to make a thing since Biden became the Dem nominee. nytimes.com/2020/10/18/bus…
NYPost's own staff questioned whether the paper had verified the authenticity of the hard drive contents. Staff also questioned the reliability of the sources—Bannon & Giuliani—& the timing. Rudy even admits nobody else would publish it w/o more scrutiny! It's disinformation ffs!
The staff reporter who wrote NYPost's front-page Hunter Biden story refused to put his name on it. Who refuses a byline on a front page story and lets a newbie fmr Foxnewsie take credit? Someone who knows the diff between journalism & disinformation to interfere in an election.
