In short : In the personal desktop world, the 'latest' is always nice to have.
In business, 'If It Ain't Broke Don't Fix It' should be plastered on every IT Support Office Wall.
My advice : Leave it alone. Migrate in 2 years time. Your clients will love you for it.

Addendum : I have one client who's Systems Director demands the latest upgrade within 48 hours of release because 'latest is best'.
At the same time he sits in a £2000 bespoke 1980s office chair by Hertall because it's the 'best he's ever owned'.
