Special PP Shisher Hirey submits the medical report from the Taloja Jail Hospital.
Court points out that the report has already been tendered in the previous.
Hirey points out that a bail application was also filed in the Supreme Court.
Adv Shardul Singh appearing for Dasgupta mentions it is a writ petition which was filed when Dasgupta was in JJ Hospital and they will not go on with that matter.
Sr Adv Abad Ponda submits that Hirey is only trying to stall the custody.
Hirey points out that the chargesheet was not submitted to the PP’s court.
Defence submits that the chargesheet is filed by the police.
Hirey seeks for time.
Defence: Dasgupta’s health condition is precarious.
The state is enjoying his continued detention.
The SPP has argued the matter in lower courts on several occassions, he is aware of the matter.
