According to the Supreme Courts The current system (De facto) is NOT recognized/LAWFUL under the never ratified 14th Amendment.    

Look up the description of the current system (De facto) by the U.S. & Texas Supreme Court.

The states are occupied by usurpers - agents of the states and all these political parties are part of totalitarian party United States Code, Title 8 § 1101 (37) (a). In order to restore our republican form of governments people have to disempower the current system.
That means people 1) stop voting in their de facto election 2) correct your nationality to become a national/inhabitant/freeman of your independent nation that is your state 3) Be in the position to be a true landowner.
To elect a de jure representation you have to be an inhabitant/freeholder. The Inhabitants/freeholders have to lawfully remove each usurper that's unlawfully seated in the state house seats to gain control of the State House.
