... The doc itself is innocuous, so #DishaRavi's apparent ownership of a WhatsApp group in which document creation was co-ordinated shouldn't matter. However, this isn't the first time Disha Ravi's activities as part of her climate activism ran up against the Delhi police...

In Jul2020, Javadekar's complaint about mails against the draft EIA prompted Delhi Police to order @FFFIndia, @LetIndBreathe & @ThereIsNoEarthB websites blocked, claiming that they "affected the peace & sovereignty of India"...

In a nutshell, templated e-Mails voicing opposition to potential environmental degradation & a doc explaining some legislation & protests against it can both be described as Acts of War by a 21st century democracy... if it was not tragic, it could well be a #PinkPanther film.
