The non-sugarcoated view of #Christianity on #Islam.

Pastor Kachelmeier about why the old Lutherans considered Islam a Christian (!) heresy (and not its own religion). Listen to the ignorance of these Trinitarian textbook polytheists and thank Allah for Tawhid.

Other textbook pagans and idolaters like Orthodox Christians share similar views and claim Islam is an agnostic (!) heresy. The Islam-hating Syrian monk, priest, and apologist, John of Damascus (يوحنا الدمشقي) who died in 749 CE hated Islam and Muslims with passion.

The vile Mushrik John died in 749 CE and it is said the Umayyad caliph of his time ordered his right hand be cut off and hung in public view.

Today he is recognised as a saint by the Church. He is sometimes called the last of the Church Fathers by the Roman Catholic Church. In 1890, he was declared a Doctor of the Church by Pope Leo XIII.

Before his death, In the early 8th century CE, a movement opposed the veneration of icons, and integral part of the polytheistic Orthodox (and Catholic) Church. The Patriarch of Constantinople, Emperor Leo III issued his first edict against the veneration of images.

What did the Trinitarian polytheist and Islam-hating Orthodox priest John do? He launched his own personal crusade in defence (!) of the veneration of saints in the forms of statues, icons, images, etc.

That was true faith and monotheism to him!

John of Damascus is one of the first known Christian critics of Islam. He's paraded by Christians as an expert on Islam, you can imagine what that means. Despite having lived with Muslims, his knowledge of Islam was not less pathetic than that of other Christian apologists.

'Saint' John wrote a short treatise on Islam, or, more accurately, on “the people-deceiving cult (thrēskeia) of the Ishmaelites” ...

... which ­appears in the last chapter of his book On Heresies, itself one of three parts of a larger work entitled The Fount of Knowledge (Pēgē gnōseōs).

The absurdities in it would make every madrassah student chuckle, yet some Christians think ...

... that their saint actually debunked Islam. Compare that to Ibn Taymiyyah, who compiled a massive and detailed refutation of pagan Christianity called:

al-Jawāb al-Ṣaḥīḥ li-man baddala dīn al-Masīh (The correct reply to those who altered Christ's religion).

Christians should know that they do us a service if they make 'Saint' John's refutation of Islam viral, as it is so pathetic that it will strengthen a Muslim's belief in Islam.

I will cite from his refutation for you all to see, in sha Allah.

Here a documentary by textbook idolaters @TrisagionFilms , just listen to the mental gymnastics and blatant Kufr of their 'saint' John and his defence and justification of the paganism called Trinity. Listen to his embarrassingly poor understanding of the Qur'an.

One of his another poor arguments:

'They also accuse us as idolaters for reverencing the Cross, which they despise. And we say to them, “Why, therefore, do you rub yourselves against the stone by your Khabathan, and love kissing the stone?'

This is a false analogy. Christians literally venerate the Cross as a symbol on which their god died (if their god was shot by a Ak-47 they would ear Ak-47 chains). The Ka'bah is nothing but a mosque, a prayer direction (Qiblah), not a representing God Himself.

The pagan 'Saint' John was so ignorant and full of baseless accusations that he claimed that Muslims were once worshippers of Aphrodite who followed after Prophet Muhammad (s) ...

... because of his "seeming show of piety," and that the Prophet (s) himself read the Bible and, "likewise, it seems," spoke to an Arian monk that taught him Arianism instead of Christianity.

Of course, the shaytan did not provide any proof for claims.

While recounting his alleged dialogue with Muslims, John claims that they have accused him of idol worship for venerating the Cross and worshipping Jesus. John claims that he told the Muslims that the black stone in Makkah was the head of a statue of Aphrodite.

This is what he had to say about the Qur'an:

As we have said, this Mamed composed many foolish sayings, and he laid upon each of them a title, like the writing “The Women,” in which also he plainly legislates (for a man) to take four wives and one thousand concubines ...

... if he is able, however many he might put under his hand, aside from the four wives. And he legislated to divorce whichever one he wishes ..'

The hypocrite seemed to have forgotten about the numerous concubines of other Prophets in the Bible.

This 'Saint', may eternally burn in the Hellfire accused the Prophet (s) of having committed adultery with Zaynab (r).

He was also upset that eine was forbidden.

@RanaKabbani54 identifies John as “the progenitor of a long tradition of Christian ridicule of (Prophet) Muhammad (s) and the Qur’ãn.”

His short (and riddled with misrepresentation of Islamic creed) treatise begins by defining Islam as the “still-prevailing superstition of the Ishmaelites that deceive people” and “the forerunner of the Antichrist.” By describing Islam as “still-prevailing”

As mentioned, this 'Saint' John was so severe in polytheism, that he even opposed some more sane Christian (!) priests who convinced the emperor of his time to smash all idols. He accused idol-breakers of being heretics!

Here the reasoning of this five star pagan why there is no harm in making an actual image of God in the form of icons.

His legacy: his tomb has been turned into a place of worship and his devotees invoke him like the heretics in the Ijmah invoke the Awliya.
