They are also likely to be in charge of performing 3 activities - unpaid child care, elderly care, domestic care

18% of the women workforce is contributing to unpaid family work; they are contributing to accentuate resources but are not counted as workers

At any time when there is demand for care, women are the ones who have to pull out of paid work
