Here are the nine guidelines for level three #COVID19 warning that was just announced: 1. Wear masks at all times when citizens are outside. 2. Avoid unnecessary moving between locations, gatherings and activities. 3. Stop outdoor gathering of more than 10 people and ...
... indoor gathering of more than 5 people. 4. Monitor your own health and go to the doctors when there are symptoms. 5. Public places need to conduct a strict control on the number of people entering the venues and ensure mask-wearing and social distancing are enforced.
6. Places of employment should follow relevant guidelines for businesses and if it's possible, businesses are encouraged to initiate remote-working and flexible working hours.
7. All eateries and restaurants need to enforce identity registration mechanisms, ensure social distancing between customers and follow other preventative protocols. If they can strictly follow these rules, they should then encourage customers to do take-out.
8. Weddings and funerals should also enforce identity registration mechanism and social distancing. 9. Public venues and public transportations need to be thoroughly disinfected.
The health minister urged citizens to try to stick to takeout and if they really have to eat at a restaurant, they need to strictly follow the social-distancing measures. cna.com.tw/news/firstnews…
Chen also reiterated that it isn't necessarily the best to increase the intensity of community-level control and it won't necessarily stop the chain of #COVID19 transmission by simply shutting down all venues. He emphasized that the intensity of the measures need to ...
... be built upon the need of the society.

"The report states that once the Supply Chain Act comes into force, 'an obligation on the part of German companies to break off business relations with their Chinese suppliers seems almost inevitable' if they use forced laborers. Otherwise, German companies would face fines.
In individual cases, "individual criminal liability of company employees" could also result.
