@mkraju McConnell had the audacity to call it "slanted & unbalanced." The Jan.6 Commission— negotiated by top D & top R on DHS Cmte—has 10 independent people—5 appointed by Rs, 5 by Ds. The definition of balanced & unslanted.

GOP can't survive w/o lies. And America can't survive w/them.

Lies are nothing. They already incited domestic terrorism. GOP's so deep down a seditious path, what won't they do for power?
@mkraju GOP should be careful what they wish for. They want Jan.6 Commission to go back to 2017? Why not go back to 2016? That's when Trump began his "Stop the Steal" disinformation campaign—intended to attack elections.

And why not include BLM & Antifa? Commission will expose GOP lies.

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. GOP Rep. Paul Gosar should be in jail for inciting the January 6th insurrection. Instead, he's participating in the House Oversight Hearing, where he's pushing propaganda downplaying the attack from the very Capitol attacked by his terrorists.

@NPR During Dec.21 legislative session, #GOP Rep. Mike Nearman opened the doors to the #Oregon State Capitol building for #FarRight protesters. Shortly after that breach, demonstrators scuffled with state troopers & Salem police. One man is accused of spraying officers with bear mace.
@NPR ICYMI A Republican lawmaker literally opened the Oregon state Capitol to a #FarRight mob who scuffled w/ police, shattered glass doors & assaulted journalists.

At least 3 people in the Salem protest went on to participate in the US Capitol attack in Washington, DC, on January 6.

Be careful what you wish for in #Russia? Russian commission says @navalny requested painkiller injections in prison, after an open letter from Russian doctors asked for medical assistance for his severe back & leg pain. But Navalny's lawyers don't seem to know of the request.
@navalny Maybe I'm too cynical. But I worry about Navalny getting injections in a Russian prison. What a convenient way to harm him. Putin is a killer after all. And Navalny wouldn't be in prison if he wasn't a serious threat to Putin. Navalny should have his doctor administer injections.
@navalny I mean, Putin already had a death squad smear a chemical weapon on Navalny's underpants while the guy was traveling. Now he's a sitting duck. Why wouldn't killer Putin use Navalny's back pain as an opportunity to kill him in prison? Want more than ibuprofen? Sure thing, Alexey.😨 Image

US Army reservist arrested in Jan.6 Capitol attack was a known white supremacist. Coworkers said Timothy Hale-Cusanelli of Colts Neck NJ was a Nazi sympathizer and even grew a “Hitler mustache” while working as a Navy contractor with security clearance. washingtonpost.com/nation/2021/03…
